That belief is shaped by my own journey over the past decade, building and scaling go-to-market teams inside some of the world’s most ambitious technology companies.

Most recently, I spent four years in-house at Obsidian Security, joining at an early stage as the company’s first dedicated GTM recruiter and partnering closely with executive leadership to help establish and scale the early GTM landing team across multiple regions globally.

Earlier in my career, I supported the growth of high-performing GTM teams at category-defining companies including AppDynamics, Snowflake, and Datadog, gaining hands-on experience across different growth stages, operating models, and market conditions. That journey has shaped a practical, operator-led approach to GTM hiring—focused not just on speed, but on building teams that perform, scale, and endure.
